Angermeier Kids

Before heading back to Maryland this past May to start on the cross-country move, I had to do a NJ mini session with my favorite group of kids. The Angermeier’s are my parent’s neighbors and also our good family/friends. Lori & Jim (Mom and Dad) have always been so good to my sister Missy and I over the years with dinners and beyond so we wanted to do something special for them. Our family has watched their kids grow up from little newborns to active kids that have non-stop angry. So while Jim was working and Lori was working the South Brunswick snack shake, Missy of course was babysitting the kids. Gianna is 6 years old, James is 3 ½ and AJ is almost 2.
So sneaky me went over to the house while Missy helped pick out a couple cute outfits for the boys to wear, luckily Gianna already had a cute outfit on from school. We then headed to their backyard to see what cool shots we could create. Now working with 3 kids of all different ages and telling them to sit still is not easy work I tell you. This called for some reinforcements; so of course we bribed them! In this case, with ice pops (I don’t know if Lori knew that lol)! I can’t tell you how many times Missy and I said, “I’ll give you an ice pop if you do this/that”. Haha James and AJ were totally on board as soon as we said the magic words of course.
Gianna was totally involved with the photography side of things; she got her little note pad out while I was shooting and wrote down poses that she wanted me to do because she insisted that they would make for great photos for Mommy! So you can say she became our assistant for the shoot; now I’m sure she will soon be bugging her parents for a camera sooner or later haha. AJ had Missy and I laughing during the shoot because almost after every photo I took he would come over to me and try to look at my LCD screen to see how the photos came out. It’s always nice being able to photograph the special people in your life and giving the gift of photography to a great family. Lori I hope you enjoy all the photos that we put together for you! Christy, I love everything!!! Thank youso much for the beautiful pictures and very sweet words. You made my kids look like angels….lol! See you soon and I need prints of almost everything!!!!! LOVE YA!!!!!
